DSMG is keen to see Koorabung restored and used by Dharug community to
* support Dharug women sustaining families and continuing storying by operating ‘Koorabung’ as a modern 'nawi' (canoe) to maintain and strengthen women’s water knowledges
* support training and employment of Dharug and other Indigenous people to run, maintain and operate the boat and programs sustainably
* develop river-centred caring for Country programs targeting schools, colleges, universities, tourists, government agencies and corporations
